ProvideSupport has been a platform I take pride in using. However, I must express my disappointment regarding the absence of modern features. Currently, there is no Apple iOS application available for iPhone or iPad. Many features I have requested through chat are not accessible in the current release.

It's evident that ProvideSupport's offerings feel quite outdated.
