We were able to resolve this issue on our own a couple of days before support reached out with a solution. However, this still does not compensate for the lack of interaction from support, which is the main reason for this review. Every time I try to contact support, I only reach voicemail, which seems to defeat the purpose of having a support number.
Overall, this experience was acceptable, and perhaps support will improve in the future. I have been trying to address an issue related to a call field that is not updating.

Revised review: After speaking with the supervisor, most of my issues were resolved. Kiran P. took the time to follow up to ensure everything was handled appropriately. However, the process to cancel this service is extremely frustrating. I experienced major delays and poor customer service. There was no option to prevent my account from auto-renewing, which added to my dissatisfaction. Although I am relieved to be canceling, I was unable to receive a refund. In comparison, Infusionsoft offers a far superior experience.

I regret to give a one-star review, but the technical support provided by this service is truly inadequate. I ultimately found myself unable to utilize this solution as unresolved issues began to accumulate. The support team frequently places blame on browsers instead of addressing the actual problems.
I do not recommend Agile CRM if you require a robust system to efficiently manage thousands of leads or if you are seeking reliable customer support. I suggest considering alternatives such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Cloze if you are in search of a straightforward solution.
No amount of features will matter if they do not function properly.

I have assisted clients using various CRM systems. While many may offer additional features, I have witnessed numerous clients struggle with the implementation of Infusionsoft. This provider is undoubtedly more affordable and includes most of the essential features required in a beginner CRM.
You can start small and build up your processes over time. I recommend this service for several reasons and can attest to its effectiveness in our own operations.
There are some features that could be improved, but I have successfully found workarounds without significant effort. Overall, it's a solid choice for those new to CRM systems.
