While Capsule is a reliable CRM, it would be greatly enhanced by adding more intelligent features for team management. Additionally, the ability to send pre-formed emails to clients directly from the CRM would be invaluable. Currently, we use Mailchimp, which can be cumbersome and inconvenient. Having pre-canned emails stored within the CRM would streamline our communication process.
I have noticed that some information can get lost within the system unless users are exceptionally diligent in managing their data. The search functionality could also benefit from enhancements. When you have as much information as we do, suboptimal searching can be quite frustrating.
Despite these shortcomings, I have recommended Capsule to other customers and will continue to do so.

I truly appreciate working with a company that is genuinely committed to improving its product. Having worked to build multiple CRM solutions in the past, I have used numerous CRM systems over the years. What I particularly admire about Capsule is that it avoids trying to do everything.
