The service provided by VPN.ht is not reliable. It appears to utilize an outdated version of Popcorn Time, which seems to be largely ineffective. Consequently, I have difficulty watching movies without frequent buffering interruptions. I would not recommend this product.

After a few months, this product stopped working completely. I was advised to download a graphical user interface (GUI) that is not particularly user-friendly. When I downloaded the GUI, it came with a "quick guide" that is confusing for those who are not very familiar with computers.
Additionally, I am unable to get the GUI to function properly, as it continuously instructs me to open it in the system tray, but there is no icon available there. Their mini course on using VPN.ht is equally problematic, frequently auto-disconnecting and recently failing to reinstall altogether.
Overall, my experience has been frustrating.

I am very disappointed with VPN.ht. Despite following all the instructions, the product fails to connect. The system is considerably complicated, but the most frustrating aspect is the customer support. I had to wait a full day to receive a response, and unfortunately, my issue remains unresolved. I am now on my fourth day of using a service I have already paid for, and it still does not work. This has disrupted my work significantly due to the inefficiency of the support team.
I recommend considering other options rather than wasting your time and money on this service.
