This company has proven to be entirely ineffective. It is perplexing to see a service that positions itself as an alternative to Mailchimp yet fails to deliver a seamless user experience. I attempted to invest in their services, but they did not function as advertised.

In my experience, this organization lacks professionalism and should be avoided.

The customer support experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have spent six days attempting to resolve a straightforward issue, but unfortunately, no progress has been made.

Additionally, their lack of adequate mobile support is quite concerning. This has greatly impacted my overall experience with SendinBlue. I hope the company can improve in these areas for the benefit of other users.

I had a disappointing experience with SendinBlue's customer service. I wish I had chosen Mailchimp instead. This provider does not seem to care about customer feedback, as they have not responded to reviews on their Facebook page.

Our business incurred significant costs due to their lack of support, and they attempted to blame WooCommerce for an issue that was clearly their fault.

Overall, I would not recommend this provider.

I would advise against using SendinBlue. My account was blocked without a valid explanation, and despite my requests to cancel my subscription, they continued to charge my monthly fees. Like many others, I found it necessary to cancel my debit card due to these frustrating experiences. I recommend exploring other options before committing to this service.
