I have had a disappointing experience with Rackspace's client care.

As a customer of this service provider for over three years, I once regarded them as one of the best in the industry, known for their responsive and quality solutions. However, my recent experiences have led me to believe otherwise.

I now find myself hesitant to recommend their services due to the decline in their support and overall customer satisfaction.

It's unfortunate to see such a change in what was once a reliable service.

We utilize Rackspace's email service for our communication needs. However, I often find myself needing to resend the same message to multiple recipients. After sending an email, it correctly appears in my sent folder.

I appreciate the functionality of the webmail interface, but it could benefit from improved features for resending messages efficiently. Overall, my experience has been mixed, and I believe there is room for enhancement in this area.

I utilized Rackspace services for several months for my nonprofit organization, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming.

There were significant issues with project management on their side, and rather than taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on us and solicit additional funds for unrelated matters.

After we changed banks, they allowed our account to remain unpaid, which added to our frustrations.

Overall, I cannot recommend Rackspace based on my experience.

Do not make the mistake of trusting this service. The support is questionable, and they will promote enhancements for website speed, only to later inform you that "partitioning the expanding disk space is not included in the upgrade." This experience has been very frustrating. I cannot recommend Rackspace.

We began using Rackspace several years ago, and the initial setup was quite satisfactory. At first, we found the service to be adequate for our needs.

However, as our enterprise grew and we added more devices and services, we noticed a significant increase in costs. Additionally, the terms of our contract changed without prior notice, which was concerning.

Overall, while Rackspace had a solid start, the rising expenses and unexpected contract changes have prompted us to reconsider our options.

I purchased the Rackspace AC1200 Dual Band Wi-Fi Repeater. Prior to this, my Wi-Fi connection was spotty throughout my home, but this device has effectively resolved that issue. I frequently watch Hulu, and before using this product, buffering was a constant problem. Now, it only buffers for a few seconds during startup, and overall performance has been excellent.

I wish I had discovered this product sooner!

However, their services are generally not worth the cost due to incompetent support and possibly the worst account management I have ever experienced.

I do not wish to go into detail, but I feel it is important to share this concern.

They randomly determine who is classified as a spammer. We send legitimate emails, yet they continue to close our accounts. We have their address, phone numbers, and names, along with an opt-out link, and we are sending emails to customers that Rackspace knows. However, they will not provide us with any guidelines.

This ongoing problem has significantly hindered my experience.

Additionally, I have noticed that when I reach out for support, I am often transferred to sales representatives, which does not address my technical concerns.

Overall, I am disappointed with the reliability of the service.

I attempted to reach out to their support team twice, but my requests went unanswered. This experience has been quite frustrating.

Ultimately, I had to cancel my credit card, and they escalated the issue to collections. I attempted to speak with a representative, but I was not allowed to do so. These issues have been more pronounced than in the previous 18 months combined. A major contributing factor appears to be the frequent and uncontrolled changes, such as the departure of the CEO, ongoing mergers, and now the inclusion of Azure.

This situation has greatly impacted our experience with Rackspace, and we hope for improvements moving forward.
