I do not recommend using MoonMail.

The customer service is lacking, and their expertise in email marketing is subpar. Additionally, they appear on major spam lists, which raises concerns about deliverability.

I encountered significant frustration while using their product and did not receive a proper refund, despite their stated 30-day refund policy.

The provider has been repeatedly sending me unsolicited emails for weeks, employing racist propaganda and fear-mongering tactics. Despite my efforts to unsubscribe, I continue to receive messages in my inbox without any acknowledgment of my complaints.

If you are a business considering email advertising, I strongly advise you to avoid this provider at all costs.

Effectively communicating with the parents of students is the challenge I aim to address using MoonMail. The current method of sending flyers home in folders is proving ineffective. After conducting a survey, most parents indicated a preference for receiving emails with links to the flyers instead.

This is where MoonMail excels. I developed a project called "Thursday Buzz," where every Thursday, all parents receive an email with the latest information from the school, along with links to the flyers and other important details.

MoonMail makes it exceptionally easy to incorporate my own graphics and attach PDF files. Overall, I believe this service is invaluable for enhancing communication with parents.

I appreciate the variety of formatting options and the analytics tools available. The features enhance my experience significantly.
