One of the worst companies ever dealt with, their products and even their Support site has many problems, after typing full email of problems to support, their site keeps kicking me out, losing everything, keep starting over again and again, very frustrating to even try contact their support. Also left voicemails, even after finally able to Send 4 emails to their Support and management several weeks ago, regarding their Non-working products, (Still no response at all). Any company that wants you to pay for their way over priced products, and do not care, or even bother care to reply or give any support, is a SCAM as far I am concerned. Seriously, who would pay for any of this companies horribly designed and flawed products? There are Much better Free programs that are stable and actually work better than may Audio4fun products. (I have used and tried many online video downloaders / Converters on my 6GB RAM PC, do not have all these issues, even with Free Programs tested. (Rated I have.5 out of 5 Stars) ***(Latest 2016 Media Player Morpher 6.2) problems and issues : *glitchy & sluggish, videos also constantly pauses and freezes *Video Downloader always crashes and freezes, does not work at all on any videos tried *No Android app option available *No working options for Video sound effect to max or boost video sound without clipping or distorting *No working options for Auto correct of video resolution, lighting or sound problems *No option to even save any effects (if they even worked) applied to your videos files.

I was using BlazeVideo TV Recorder before me + my colleague learned about Media Player Morpher. Well no more.
