SCAM WARNING! Like many others who have complained online, I also had an issue with Alex Becker’s Market Hero. I signed up on a webinar and was promised the training plus 1 year of his free software system. However, after 6 months they started charging my credit card for $99/month (this fee was hidden on a Terms of Service Page and never clearly spelled out by the way). I contacted customer support and informed them they shouldn’t be charging me and they responded “sorry, that deal is no longer in effect.” I sent several emails stating that it’s fraudulent what they are doing, and to please refund the $99 but they refused. I even sent them a screenshot from when I took the webinar clearly showing that the offer was for ONE YEAR of free access to their software and then Thomas Emmanuel sent me and email that they were ceasing contact with me for violating their terms of service! Total Scam. Plus, their program is just a regurgitation of info from every other online “guru” out there. STAY AWAY!
