The product itself is not bad, but the customer service is terrible. I’ve had a problem for years where some customers get error messages when trying to complete the order. They are not doing anything wrong, but the system rejects their mailing address. I’ve asked customer service at least a dozen times to fix this, but every time they say they can’t replicate the problem. But this is happening far too often and I cannot believe I’m the only one it’s happening to! I’m losing business here and they aren’t able to fix things.
