There are some good alternatives but for this you atleast don’t have to pay monthly as with the others – that’s my preferred method of payment and for that reason I chose Driver Navigator instead of some other options.
One of the few driver managers that have a very simple interface which is easy to navigate through and use, and that’s why I love it over the others.
Our whole office has this installed by default and we have yet to get some kind of problem with our drivers or software. It updates everything by itself, all you have to do is tell it to update everything and it will get the job done.
I use it just to be sure everything is always up to date and working, and other tools are too annoying with their random pop-ups and advertising, and always asking whether you want to download some shady software etc. so that’s why I prefer just to a pay a bit for this software and then not worry about this kind of crap.
Had a very dramatic problem with some of my drivers a while back, almost thought my hardware was dying on me… but turned out it was just bad drivers or something, well long story short Driver Navigator found the root of the issue instantly and fixed very fast.
I use it on pretty much all my computers (which I have a lot) and never had any issues with the program nor with any drivers, so from me I can say it works very nicely, and is pretty useful tool to have.
Very straightforward, simple and fast solution for upgrading drivers.
As soon as I downloaded it – it started scanning for missing or old drivers, and as soon as it was done it listed everything requiring an update for me to have nice overview about everything, and updating everything really can’t be easier, just click one button and it will update everything, or you can update only specific ones if you really wish, don’t why you wold want that, but you can.
This is the only program that was able to bring my old printer to life! Super happy about it.
This program is an absolute gold for me, I collect old hardware like notebooks and old PCs and so on, and of course many of those are no longer supported by their manufacturers, so it’s very hard to find drivers for them… so why I love this program is that it stores all the drivers on their own server, which means you can find even very old driver which are no longer available anywhere else, so with this program I can install them on my old computers and they run perfectly fine.
Had to reroll drivers a while back and thanks to this program and because I did backup my drivers it was a breeze and went without any issues, very glad nothing broke as such problems can go out of control easily, but was able to fix it with Driver Navigator so it’s all cool.
Great thing about this one and why I started using it is because it also recognizes some drivers’ issues which they have between each other and fixes them.
I had a few programs stop running over time randomly and I couldn’t figure out why… then tried some driver update programs which come for free and they reported I needed to upgrade my drivers but they wouldn’t do it by themselves, so I found this one and it updated everything very quickly I just pressed “UPDATE ALL” button and voala all my programs run again, very happy.
Oh nice, I have this Driver Navigator program connected to my Asus. The device manager is okay. I guess this is a good way to spend my money. Thanks guys!
If you do not own this I would highly recommend getting it as it makes life a lot easier. There’s no need for you then to keep track of any sorts of updates because this one takes care of everything for you. Its far better to get updates with a few click that search and install them manually form the manufacturer.
Well, maybe not the super best updating software on the market, but definitely does what it’s supposed to, and doesn’t download all that stupid adware and malware which you get with other similar products.
I use this for various reason, one of which is you can backup you current drivers if you’re worried something messes up in the future or something, with a few click you can go back to stable version.
Very basic yet powerful – just the way I like it. No useless buttons that you don’t care about, perfectly strict and to the point, always keeps my PC updated.
Solid program for downloading drivers to your PC with just a few clicks. The only thing I miss in this software is an ability to exclude specific drivers from being downloaded, but that’s not a big problem, still using it and I’m satisfied.
The leading selection among drivers checkers !
To remain direct for this customer review – we incredibly care for Driver Navigator, truth be told there is generally very good affiliate plan plus you lads might pay for that for $36.24 one-time purchase…
