Prospective customer here. Tried to ask if my business is allowed under Drip's TOS. Was told I had to be referred to another department, and they'd follow up with me via email. One week later, still no email. Went to their live chat again, no response. Not really sure what's the point of the live chat being available if there's no one manning it. They are driving me insane. They stole my email from somewhere and now... a full on assault of my work email. Tried to unsubscribe and a window pops up telling me that I can’t do that. This is garbage. Of course there is no phone number to call either. I highly you stop it before I hold you accountable for missed income due to a clogged up inbox.

I signed up for the free account so I could test all the features as I was building my e-mail list. I set up my first workflow and followed all the instructions for integrating with PayPal. But it never worked on the Drip side (everything was functioning find on the PayPal side). Unfortunately, there was no way to contact anyone from Drip for assistance unless I was a paying customer. I Love Drip! There are so many reasons, but I will mention a few here: 1. Visual Workflows allowing you to do automation based on subscribers behaviors. 2. Tagging, Custom Fields, Custom Events allow you to personalize your emails to your subscribers.... .

I have tried to contact Driop several times to cancel an account that I never signed up for with no response. I keep getting billed $49 per month with no account.

Awesome software with the best support I've ever seen. This is one of the most accessible companies in all of marketing technology. The educational and support resources for it are incredible, and they are the biggest reasons I went with Drip. I'm extremely disappointed in your service. An onboarding expert reached out to offer us help to uploading our contacts. My marketing manager replied twice (once around Wed 6/7, and a second time on Tue 6/13), and no one from your team responded.
